Autel MA600 Mobile ADAS Calibration System

Every windscreen you replace on a late-model vehicle needs the forward-facing camera recalibrated. Send that work out and you lose the margin, the turnaround time, and often the customer. The Autel MA600 brings it in-house.

New Zealand Auto Glass & ADAS is the exclusive New Zealand distributor for the Autel MA600, Autel's MaxiSYS mobile ADAS calibration system.

Calibration that travels with you

The MA600 frame folds and disassembles in minutes, so it fits in a van and sets up on site. You are not tied to a dedicated calibration bay, and you are not turning away mobile jobs because the equipment cannot leave the workshop.

A five-line laser levelling process handles centring and squaring against the vehicle, and step-by-step tutorial graphics walk the operator through each procedure. Technicians who have never calibrated before are working confidently within a day.

A new revenue stream from work you already do

Windscreen replacement volume you already have becomes calibration volume. The MA600 covers camera-based ADAS systems across the major makes, with accessories and oversize AVM patterns available separately as your coverage needs grow.

For most auto glass businesses, the question is not whether ADAS calibration is coming. It is whether you are billing for it or paying someone else to.

The complete kit, plus training

We supply the MA600 as a full kit - frame, targets, MaxiSYS tablet and software - along with hands-on training for your team. You are not unpacking a crate and working it out from a manual.

Software subscriptions are supported locally, and our Hints and Tips page covers the questions that come up most often once you are running jobs.
